Belgian Percussion Dueling/Target Pistol. An Antique Belgian percussion dueling/target pistol, circa. 1840's. 9.25" 50 cal. octagon barrel marked on the side of the patent breech; "ELG". Steel furniture and parts. Stock is solid w/minor scratches and dings. Checkered grips w/a fancy nickel shell design at the butt plate. Silver-plated hardware has at some point been polished. Overall this is an attractive and impressive presentation piece.
