Early Honolulu Mortgage Signed by Richard and Charlotte Coady. 10 x 7½ in., 1858, 6 April, 4 pp. Transaction with James Robinson relative to a parcel of land situated on the northerly side of Nuuanu Road, Honolulu, Hawaii. Attached to the document is a promissory note for $3,000.00 which Coady borrowed from James Robinson. Crosswritten on first page. James Robinson owned Hawaii's first shipyard.
