1866 and 1869 Hawaiian Language Land Documents. Hawaiian monarchy Waikiki Beach real estate lease, 7¾ x 9¾ in., Honolulu, 1866. Manuscript document written entirely in the Hawaiian language. Contains the very rare blue royal stamp with the words "Hoailoua Paiokealii Royal Stamp" around outer edge of stamp with an image of the crown in the center. Also contains a blindstamp of the crown. Signed by G.F. Snow, Kaahumanu V. & Kekuanaoa, and M. Thomas Brown as Register of Conveyence. Fine. The second document is a transaction with Pinhasa Wood relative to land at Keoneula, Honolulu, Hawaii, 12¼ x 8 in., 1869, August, 4 pp. Written entirely in Hawaiian. Fine.
