A Pair of Multi-Colored Child's Bangles in Glass. Egypt, Late Antique or Early Islamic, c. 400-800 AD. Each with colorful overlay over monochromatic inner core. One with repeating segments of white, yellow, and brick red on black ground. The second similar, but bands of yellow and tan on bright green ground, with added interspersed globules of white. Each with single age crack (now consolidated) on one side -- otherwise near pristine. Widths: 2-1/8"; 2-3/8". Colorful ancient glass. Lot of 2 items.
