1852 and 1857 Hawaiian Monarchy Deeds. 12½ x 8 in., 1857, May 14, 4 pp. Transaction with Oral R. Wood relative to land at Kaalaalalo, Honolulu, Hawaii. Also signed by Warren Goodale, Marshall of the Hawaiian Islands, and others. Fine. The second document is 12½ x ¾in., 1852, December 13, 4 pp., regarding land at Waialua, Oahu, Hawaii sold to O. H. Gulick and A. K. Clark by William C. Parke at a public auction. C. H. Nicholson was the plaintiff against defendant Kealiihuluhulu. William C. Parke would become Marshall of the Hawaiian Islands.
