Roosevelt" as President, one page, 8½ x 7", Washington, July 7, 1938. To Honorable Edwin A. Halsey, Secretary of the Senate, thanking him for a letter and expressing his appreciation for all that Halsey has done. Fine. One discolored mark at lower blank edge. Matted and framed to an overall size of 11¾ x 10". Halsey served as Secretary of the Senate from 1933 to 1945. Estimate $600 - 800
