Kissinger on a card as Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs; George P. Shultz on a Bechtel Group business card; Alexander Haig on a card with a raised SHAPE (Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe) emblem; and Colin Powell on card with a flag bearing his four-star general ranking. One piece of tape on Rusk letter; otherwise, fine.
