Impressive collection of 20+ signed covers from early Air Force, NASA scientists, as well as pioneers from around the world. Included is a very desirable, signed, air mail envelope with an excellent hand-created cachet with a striking image of Wernher von Braun boldly signed by von Braun with a postmark dated November 9, 1956, Huntsville Alabama. Most of the men have signed wonderful covers of historic satellite launches like Nimbus, Echo, Mariner-6, NATO-1 Mariner -7 and the like, signed by notables such as William Pickering, Glenn Seaborg and J.M. Van Allen (Time Magazine Man of the Year 1959).
