India, Kushan Empire. Huvishka I, c. 152-192 AD. Gold 1/4 Dinar (1.56 g). "Kanishka" bust. Helmeted half bust of king facing left, holding mace and scepter, flames issuing from shoulders. Reverse: Nana stands right, nimbate and holding horse-scepter; her name at left; tamgha at right. Göbl Kushan 315; cf. Donum Burns 281/283; MACW --. Slight die rust to obverse die. Otherwise, well-detailed strike and preservation for this small coin. Choice Very Fine, or better.
