Unique Boeing 2707 SST. Rare, Vintage Display Model of the Boeing SST in Company Roll Out Colors. The Boeing 2707 won the competition to be the first American supersonic transport (SST) project. The design emerged to be much larger and faster than the Concorde.It had seating for 250 to 300 passengers and cruise speeds of approximately Mach 3. The model is in very good shape. The clear carrier sections of the decals on the wing have slightly yellowed. The tail boom was cracked when it fell from from the shelf in the 1994 Northridge earthquake. Other than that it is in beautiful shape.

The model is made of plastic with a wing span of 17.5 inches, the length is 33.5 inches and the height at the nose is 9 inches. Comes with its wood and aluminum stand. Estimated Value $900 - UP
