1835 N-5 R1 Head of 1834, Small 8 & Stars. PCGS graded MS-65 Red & Brown. CAC Approved. Beautiful frosty mint red fading to light steel brown with more than a third of the obverse covered with mint color, 15% of the reverse. Satiny mint frost covers this cent and it is a flawless gem except for a scratch at the D in UNITED. M-LDS, both dies now heavily worn. Called MS65 by Del Bland. Our grade is net MS63+. The attribution and Ralls provenance are shown on the PCGS label. PCGS population 1; none finer. The only example graded by PCGS for the variety. (PCGS # 37085) .
