1847 N-38 R1 AU58. Frosty steel brown and chocolate. Just a hint of friction on the highest points from mint state. The only marks are a thin horizontal nick in the field under the chin and a spot of darker olive brown toning nestled against the right side of star 2. M-LDS, die state d, Newcomb's old #16. The die lines from the inner and main curls are gone and a die clashmark shows at the bottom of the neck.
