Red enameled Soviet star, torch with red flame, factory smokestacks, crossed rifles below with anniversary dates, CCPA above. A very significant badge; during the time of issue this badge was equivalent to an Order. Condition: Partial enamel loss, otherwise Good very fine and Very rare. Value $7,500 - UP
