1809 S-280 R2 Turban Head. PCGS graded EF-45. Frosty chocolate and olive brown with slightly lighter steel brown toning on the highpoints. Flowline luster covers the fields and protected areas, especially on the reverse where lots of mint luster remains. The only defects are a short scratch over star 4 and a small patch of microscopic roughness on the O in OF. MDS, Breen state VI, with die cracks at the top of the reverse. Our grade is VF35. An attractive example for the grade. The attribution is shown on the PCGS label. Pop 1; 6 finer at PCGS for the variety. (PCGS # 36466) .
