1803 S-251 R2 Small Fraction PCGS graded VF35. Glossy medium brown and light chocolate blending to dark olive brown in protected areas. No roughness or verdigris, only minor contact marks. The notable ones are a rim nick left of the L in LIBERTY, a thin nick under the A in STATES, and a minor scrape on the right side of the D in UNITED. MDS Breen state III, with die cracks on the reverse and minor swelling under the lowest curl. Our grade is VF20. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. Value $300 - UP
