Lot 620

1826 N-4 R2 NGC graded Unc details, obverse improperly cleaned. Lustrous olive brown and chocolate with overtones of dark bluish steel. Traces of golden tan faded down from mint color can be found on both sides. There are some fine hairlines on the left half of the obverse, strongest on the nose, and these may have resulted in the "improperly cleaned" determination. Regardless, the eye appeal is nice and the only marks are a dull scratch under the A in STATES and another under CE in CENT. MDS. Our grade is net AU50.
Estimated Value $400-UP.

Realized $776
