Partly-printed document Signed "Vittorio Emanuele" as King of Italy and Emperor of Ethiopia and by "Mussolini," whose title was prime minister but who was, in effect, dictator of Italy, one page, large folio, Rome, May 11, 1936. Also dated "XIV," the 14th year since Mussolini came into power (1922). Promoting Giovanni Bruno, a sub-lieutenant of the School of Nautical Services, to the rank of lieutenant.
