1819 N-8 R1. PCGS graded MS-63 Brown. Frosty light steel and reddish brown with hints of bluish steel tones in protected areas. Sharply struck and free of contact marks. The notable defects are a carbon spot between star 2 and the dentils, a smaller spot of dark toning just right of the nostril, and an even smaller one at the base of the C in AMERICA. EDS. Most likely from the Randall Hoard of mint state cents. Our grade is MS60.
