Although this bank is represented by 9 small size notes in the census, they are always in demand because of the "forbidden" bank title which was grandfathered in after the law was changed to disallow any National Banks with "official" sounding names that might confuse the public into believing that a bank might be a government institution. This note is new to the census, and is far above average in grade--in fact, it may very well be the single finest known, as the census doesn't list a single piece above the VF grade.
