LIBERTAS PVBLICA, S C across field, Libertas standing facing, head left, holding pileus and sceptre (RIC 309; ACG 328; BMC 71). A marvellous example, well struck on a full round flan (36mm), uniform dark reddish-brown patina adds to its appeal, extremely fine.
