This is a scarce Second Charter note that is one of only two 1882 Date Back $10s from this bank reported in the census. It has a trivial bit of edge damage in the right margin which is duly noted by PCGS, and it's trimmed in just a bit at the top right, otherwise it's a perfectly acceptable and presentable piece.
