Freedom & Calendar, Lot of 2 State Bronze Medals, 1995 & 1996/1997, 82 & 89mm. The heavy, extremely high relief Freedom medal depicts the Liberation Monument in Liberty Park, New Jersey, a tribute to American Servicemen who liberated the oppressed of the Holocaust. Wreaths on both sides of the Calendar medal are formed by the fruits and vegetables grown in Israel, with inscription "A land of milk and honey." Calendar includes last 6 months of 1996 and first 6 months of 1997. One of 2 medals is pictured. Choice Uncirculated.
