Sheet margin at left, touched to large margins, partly irregular top and bottom due to careless or hasty separation, barely affects the design at all, bold red star cancellation, on buff cover used locally in Philadelphia, there is some light gum staining in the left sheet margin, otherwise about Fine for this extremely rare and much sought-after cover, with 2004 P.S.E. certificate.
