1899 $2 Silver Certificate. Fr. 251. PMG Gem Unc 66 EPQ. Off the market since 2009, this stunning $2 Silver has dark blue overprints of the serials and seal contrasting beautifully against the bright white paper. PMG has only graded five notes higher than this, and considering this note was encapsulated in 2009, don't expect that number to change much it at all. Estimated Value $2,500 - UP
