Ruler standing in armored robe, crowned with orb in left hand and scepter in right, K-B in fields, figure breaks inner circle at top and bottom. Leg: *LEOPOLD:D:G:R:I.SA:GHB.REX. Reverse: Crowned madonna and child in 'flames'. Leg: AR:AV:DV:BV:M (shield) MO:CO:TY.1694. NGC graded MS-63.
The madonna and child motif is not unique to Hungary. Bavaria utilized it as well.
