Rare Los Angeles Seed Co. Packets and Two Barteldes Seed Canisters. Six vintage seed packets from the Los Angeles Seed Company, a historic seed distributor that operated from the early 1900s until the mid-20th century. All six of these vintage seed packets are in excellent condition, with brilliant colors.
Two wonderful rolled cardboard cylinder cartons with a Barteldes Seed label for Early Blood Turnip Beets and Hanson Lettuce. The cartons have the original lid and pour spout and are in excellent condition. They are very sturdy and well made.
This lot is a testament to the rich history of the American seed industry and a beautiful representation of the artistry that went into packaging seeds during that time.
