A pleasing group of five different denominations from this issue, all PCGS graded: 9 pence Very Fine, Cut Cancelled; 1 shilling Very Fine 20, Hole Cancelled; 10 shillings Very Fine 35, Hole Cancelled; 20 shillings About New 50PPQ, Cut Cancelled; and 40 shillings About New 50, Hole Cancelled. The 10 shillings and 40 shillings notes are from our 1977 sale of the Dr. Donald Davenport Collection. Lot of 5 notes.
