Bright, bold red is seen on crisp white paper through the holder. Embossing is extremely visible on the words and serial number. Two signatures on the bottom center. Excellent eye appeal. The words "ONE POUND" at left and right. Arms at center. PCGS 65 PPQ Gem New.
