Joffrey" as Lieutenant Colonel, on Rèpubllique Française letterhead, Paris, Nov. 6,1891 To Mademoiselle Marie Meroux de Valois, regarding the dossier of M. Moraly and suggesting times she can pick it up. A stamped seal beside Joffrey's signature is for the "Commission d'Examen des Inventions Interessant les Armées de Terre & de Mer."
