Military Appointment to the First Brigade and Fourth Division of the Militia of the State of Vermont. Dated, June 7th 1814. 2.) Two (2) Post-Civil War discharge papers July 16th 1865 and one in 1868 from Commonwealth of Massachusetts in particularly fine condition. 3.) Excellent Letter from "Camp Cuba" Jacksonville, Fla, July 13 1898 a soldier to his mother. 4.) Eddie Rickenbacker (1890–1973) American Fighter Pilot WWI, typed letter signed as President of Eastern Air Lines. Superb signature. 5.) Signed portrait photo by Frederick C. Sherman, Vice-Admiral US Navy, August 3rd, 1945 6.) Propaganda flyer entitled LAST WILL OF ADOLF HITLER and a flyer demanding Nikita Khruschev to "Go To Hell" 7.) Rare letter to President Franklin Roosevelt from Rear Admiral Y.S. Williams aboard the U.S.S. Charleston, Chatham Island 12/5/1937 with a copy of the reply by FDR obtained by request from F.D.R's collection. Great Piece. 8.) USO Campshow 1087 Tour of Korea Dec 1952 to Jan 1953 as organized by Lionel Asher of MGM Studios. Film stars who volunteered were Walter Pidgeon, Paul Douglas, Jan Sterling Bill Shirley, Keenan Wynn, Donna Lee Hickey and Lita Baron.
