Fresh appearance graces the crisp white surfaces. Deeply saturated blue embossing on the seal and numbers mingles nicely with rich embellishment of the design on the front, while the back has its own wonders to reveal. An attractive gem that wears its high quality proudly. At the left, the Battle of Lexington, April 1-9, 1775. At the right, Columbia leading procession. This large Pittsburgh issuer, established in 1893, was closed March 5, 1927 when only $98,200 in large size notes was left outstanding. Well worth your consideration.
