A pleasing Very Fine note with very bright red seal and serial numbers (many of these Original Series notes have faded with time). Definitely a plus for anyone wishing to acquire a representative of this early design, first introduced with the 1863 National Banking Act. (The municipality of Toledo is located in northwestern Ohio on the western end of Lake Erie and south of the Michigan border. Toledo had once been known as The Auto Parts Capital of the World.).
