Lady's Vintage Revival 18K Yellow Gold and Enameled Locket Necklace, Striking Craftsmanship. Lady's antique 18K yellow gold and enamel link necklace with removable matching locket. Necklace consists of 13 inch long links with enamelled foliate designs in beautiful sky blue and white each with small gold beads attached decorated with tiny white petals. Spaced between each of these links are 13 charms each with a fleur-de-lis or lily symbol in matching sky blue enamel.
The locket is absolutely beautiful with an elaborate bezel of dark blue, sky blue harlequin and foliate designs that surrounds a bouquet of pearl tipped flowers. Locket opens on verso with a gold oval frame that lifts out that can accommodate a photo or lock of hair. The fleur-de-lis atop the locket is backed with a hook that allows the locket to be removed.
Again an extraordinary vintage revival piece from the early 20th Century. Necklace is 36" long and the locket is 2½ x 1¼"
