1786 New Jersey. . Maris 21-P Rarity-4. Fine-12 Plus. Narrow shield. Glossy steel brown and chocolate. No defects other than a small patch of very shallow verdigris at the back of the head. The date and legends are complete and clear. Late die state with obvious swelling from the horse's mouth to the rim above the E in CAESAREA and strong crumbling at the dentils left of the base of the shield. Weight 151.2 grains.
