1794 S-18b R4 Head of 1793, Edge Device of 1794 G6. Slightly sharper, especially on the obverse, but the fields and protected areas are covered with light roughness hidden under glossy chocolate and olive brown toning. The highpoints of the devices are smooth. No verdigris and just a few minor marks, including a dull, shallow scratch hidden in the toning left of the fraction. The date and legends are easily readable but not strong. The edge device is strong including the leaf with upturned points following DOLLAR.
