Virginia. Apr. 1, 1773 20s James River Bank Issue. PCGS graded Apparent Very Fine 20, Minor Restorations. . Fr-VA-62. This is the much scarcer 1773 James River Bank issue, a note that is seldom seen much finer. There are a few minor restorations that are expertly executed, but the overall appearance is quite sharp and is far better than most we have seen. A rare note in all grades, and one that will appeal to even the most advanced collector.
