Macedon under Roman Rule. Aesillas, c. 90-75 BC. AR Tetradrachm (14.48 g) minted at Thessalonika. Head right of Alexander the Great with horn of Ammon and flowing hair; behind, "theta". Reverse: Club between money-chest and quaestor's chair; all within olive-wreath. BMC 81-83; Dewing 1224-1225. A little light scratching on reverse. About Extremely Fine.
