Hirschfeld, Al. "The Thin Man" Signed & Numbered Lithograph. (1903-2003) Al Hirschfeld combined black and white linear drawing with portraiture to develop one of the most innovative and iconic visual languages. Known as one of the most influential caricaturists in history, Hirschfeld went on to capture countless celebrities and Broadway stars with little more than his expressive black lines; a career with the NY Times spanning 75 years.

THE THIN MAN: A 1930s film series starring the effervescent Myrna Loy and William Powell as husband and wife sleuths (along with one of the most famous canines in film, Asta). Lithograph is 18 x 22", signed by Hirschfeld in lower right corner, edition AP XII/XV, presented in mat. Estimated Value $500 - 800
