14 Early 20th Century Japanese Origingal Bird Prints. "Exquisite Birds of the World". Fourteen (14) Beautiful Early 20th Century lithographs, 6 in color and 8 in halftones. The quality of the printing and paper is premium, the artistry exemplary. Birds and waterfowl from across the globe are beautifully rendered and every lithograph worthy of displaying especially those in color.
All were carefully removed from a near destroyed cover folio. Know the lithos do have the slits used to thread the decorative ribbon ties and staple holes on the outermost right borders. Fortunately they can be easily trimmed or matted out.
Condition is overall excellent with a soft corner or two and overall, but light age toning. 17.5 x 12.75" these are large prints that impress. Estimated Value $400 - 800
