17 Portraits by Acclaimed Studio Photographer, Clarence Sinclair Bull, of French Star Pierre Aumont in his MGM Debut. Distinguished French stage and screen star Pierre Aumont put his acting career aside during WWII and was awarded the Croix d Guerre for fighting a German advance and saving his tank corps in the Sedan area. His first film was for MGM, playing an allied underground agent in ASSIGNMENT BRITTANY. His career flourished for 45 years, appearing in a great number of films, including LILI, CROSS OF LORRAINE, DAY FOR NIGHT and JEFFERSON IN PARIS. Offered is a spectacular collection of 17 portraits by one of the greatest studio photographers in Hollywood, Clarence Bull. This archive is in virtually mint condition and likely complete.
