Bronze "Minima" (11mm) of Caesarea, c. 1st Century C.E. . Hen-unlisted. . TJC 372a. Amphora within wreath. Reverse: Three parallel ears of grain within wreath. About Very Fine.

Day-to-day transactions involved provincial coins in addition to those minted at Rome. It's likely that these small bronzes were copied from the vast array then in circulation, including Jewish War types, coins of Sidon and of Tyre.
