China - Hupeh. 1 Tael, CD 30th Year of Kuang Hsu (1904). K-933; Y-128.2. In the center 4 Manchu characters, surrounded by Chinese characters: Ta-Ching Silver Coin. In outer circle, formed by 2 beaded rings, above Chinese characters meaning; Made in Hupeh Province (in the) 30th Year (of emperor) Kuang-hsu. Below, Weight, 1 Tael. Right and left small rosettes composed of seven dots. Reverse Two dragons striving toward a pearl and enclosing the denomination 1 Tael. Right and left one Manchu character each, stating the value. Above in english, HU-PEH PROVINCE. Below, ONE TAEL. Original mint luster, toned. NGC graded MS-63.
