Right and left small rosettes composed of seven dots. Reverse Two dragons striving toward a pearl and enclosing the denomination 1 Tael. Right and left one Manchu character each, stating the value. Above in english, HU-PEH PROVINCE. Below, ONE TAEL. Original mint luster, toned. NGC graded MS-63.
