Carole Lombard (1908-1942) one of Hollywood's beloved and incandescent stars of the 1930s distinguishing herself in fizzy comedies and a remarkable beauty. She is one of the most collected of actresses most especially original photographs from the 1930s. Offered are five original 8 x 10 black and white portraits. Two are gorgeous Paramount Pictures publicity portrait photos and two from specific films: a knockout image from WHITE WOMAN (1933) and a still with Fred MacMurray in HANDS ACROSS THE TABLE (1935) The last is a sepia-toned photo of her aboard a modest yacht in Catalina. Complimenting these very desirable originals are 10 vintage re-strike photos, all portraits save for one with Clark Gable that is deluxe. All in excellent condition. Estimate Value $500 - UP
