Louwelsa Jardiniere. Height: 7-½"; diameter: 10". Gold and bronze blossoms are strewn across the surface of this ample vessel. The artist's signature in the glaze at the lower right of the design is regrettably illegible. The Louwelsa Weller half-circle seal is impressed to the base, in addition to the numbers 2 (twice) and 11. Some surface scratching and flaking to the glaze, particularly opposite the design; in very good condition.
