Louwelsa Ewer. Height: 9-½". This four-sided ewer with fluted spout bears ivory and golden pansies. Artist's initials MG appear to the right of the handle base, opposite the design, and may plausibly correspond to either Mary Gellie or M. Gibson. The Louwelsa Weller half-circle seal is impressed to the base, in addition to the numbers 0, 6 (or 9), and 187, and the letter X. With minor surface scratches, but still nearly fine.
Estimated Value $250 - 350.

Realized $173
