1937. Proof Set. The Buffalo nickel is a Gem Unc. example and not a proof. The balance of the coins are Proof 65 or better and the cent is a lovely full mint red example. Housed in a Capital holder. Only 5,542 Proof sets made in 1937 as sales to collectors expanded slowly once word got around back then that the mint had begun issuing Proofs once more.
