Model 1867/97 Remington Military Rolling Block Rifle Made For Service Use In Denmark. The Remington Military Rolling Block Rifle was produced from the mid-1860s into the early 20th century. As this rifle has the crown stamped on hammer this is likely one of the original 42,000 rifles ordered by the Dutch and originally chambered for the 11.7x42 R rim fire cartridge.
