Seleukid Kingdom. Antiochos VIII Epiphanes. Æ (5.63 g), sole reign, 121/0-97/6 BC. Antioch on the Orontes, SE 202 (111/0 BC). Radiate and diademed head of Antiochos VIII right. Reverse: [B]AΣIΛEΩΣ ANTIOΧOY [EΠI]ΦANOY[Σ], eagle standing left, scepter over far wing; in outer left field, [monogram]; in exergue, date (BΣ) and palm branch. Cf.
