Ford, signed in black marker; Jimmy Carter ("J. Carter"), signed in blue marker; Ronald Reagan, in black ballpoint pen; George H.W. Bush ("George Bush"), in black marker; Bill Clinton, in black marker; and George W. Bush ("George Bush"), in blue marker. All probably signed as Ex-Presidents.
