1881 Quarter Dollar Octagonal Indian Head. . BG-799-O, Low Rarity 4. NGC graded MS-66 Deep Prooflike. Velvety to satin-like devices almost stagger under the weight of its highly lustrous gold color with a surrounding field that is prooflike, deeply so. Furthermore, the devices are struck with exactly the required mathematical precision by the dies in which all areas, not just some, are complete by a highly successful strike. Pop 1; 1 in 67 DPL.
